Golden hour at Fossálar waterfall, Southeast Iceland

After a 3 hour flight and towards the end of a 6 hour drive it was great to find this roadside waterfall literally moments before sunset. The sun had already put the foreground into shadow but the central rocks were still lit. Taken on 29 January 2023 at 16:00 (UTC). Zoom set at 53 mm. Using ISO 50 and f/22 meant that the resulting shutter speed of 0.5 sec gave a pleasing sense of motion. Also pleasing was the fact that the 0.5 sec handheld image was sharp..
