The River Great Ouse meanders across the Cambridgeshire fens, often higher than the surrounding fields. A favourite walk with Lola and the camera has resulted in a variety of photos under all kinds of conditions.

Cloud and mist inhibited the sunrise on 6 December 2016. However the combination of mist and cold produced some beautifully frosted grasses. Taken with Canon 5Diii and 24-105mm at 47 mm. Exposure was 1/6 sec at f/14; ISO 100, +1 EV
